What is it? Retargeting helps follow prospects and show your ads to them again regardless of where else they travel on the web.
Problem? 90% of websites do not have embedded Google or Facebook pixels to tag their audience for retargeting. It’s like adding coins into the slots in a casino and not pulling the lever.
Why? Most customers do not buy your products/services on the first visit, so retargeting can help put your brand top-of-mind and attract a sale/conversion when the timing is right.

3. GMB Map Pack
What is it? Showing up in the top 3 map listings of a Google search for your niche’s essential search phrases is known as being in the “Map Pack” or “3-Pack”.
Problem & Why? The top 3-spots are prime digital real estate, and studies show the top 3 listings get all the clicks, calls and customers. Not being in (or at the top of) the Map Pack gives you the opposite effect, the crumbs of clicks, calls, and customers. Searching from your mobile phone in your office/shop doesn’t give you an accurate picture of your visibility. A map scan of your service area will show you with colour-codes where you rank throughout your service area.
