As the founder and CEO of 1st on the List Promotion, Chris Genge leads our growing SEO Company. Chris is responsible for Business Development and all major SEO Consulting projects. Don’t be fooled – Chris’ background is actually in Engineering. His creative intellect, technical expertise, and upfront practical approach drive his passion for helping clients. He excels at helping clients to define their website goals and move forward to achieving great results. Chris was one of the very first SEO strategists to be certified by Bruce Clay Inc., a digital marketing agency for SEO training. When he’s not racing to get his clients to the top of their game and ahead of their competition, Chris is on the racetrack cart racing.

Angela Tucker

Site & Server Auditor & Technical SEO Specialist

Angela Tucker is the brain behind our technical SEO audits plus optimizing and implementing clean backend source code to help websites perform well in the search engines. Often, her SEO work isn’t visible to the untrained eye but is definitely noticeable in terms of rankings, traffic increases, and improved site performance. Eager to learn and stay up to date on the newest SEO trends, Angela is always going the extra mile for all her clients…and her co-workers! Angela worked in our head office for 3 ½ years but now telecommutes since she and her family opted for the low-key island lifestyle and made the move across the waters to Vancouver Island. Flipping houses with her husband is also one of her passions.

Tony Hutchcroft loves coffee, music, and writing. With nearly 2 decades of content optimization experience, he’s well versed in everything SEO. Tony has worked with clients from virtually every industry making him the proverbial “Jack of all Trades.” From developing in-depth content strategies and consulting with clients to creative and technical writing (plus user experience and website design coaching), Tony is one of our client’s most valuable resources. Donald Kim

Based in Vancouver BC, Donald Kim is passionate about all things digital, including SEO, AdWords and Ad Retargeting, Content, Social Media, and Inbound Marketing. Donald is accredited with an MBA, Project Management, Google AdWords & Analytics, Bing, Hootsuite Social Media, and HubSpot Inbound & Email Marketing. He’s also an active member of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association (BCAMA), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, and a great asset to our 1st on the list staff.

Robin

Robin Namur

Website Designer & Developer

Since 2010

Robin Namur has been designing websites since she was 12 years old when she thought to herself that web design “couldn’t be that difficult.” Initially self-taught, Robin has a natural knack for designing in WordPress and helping clients create SEO friendly and mobile friendly websites that are also attractive. She loves websites that have great design and clean codes. Since joining our 1st on the List SEO team in 2010, Robin has not only designed SEO friendly websites but also specializes in mobile optimization and website security plans (see our other SEO services page). She also conducts client training to help them manage and update their own websites. When Robin isn’t in the office she is at the stables enjoying horses with her daughter.

Bogdan Nazaruk

Technical SEO and Analytics Specialist

Bogdan Nazaruk has a rich background as a web developer (with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Software Engineering). This, combined with his deep understanding of Search Marketing, brings two excellent skillsets together that are very hard to find in the SEO/PPC world. Bogdan joined our 1st on the List SEO team in 2017 and is very methodical and technical in any analysis he performs. He is also driven to help his clients grow their businesses by making data-driven decisions using the best reliable data.

Jonathan Kelly

Based in beautiful Vancouver BC, Jonathan Kelly joined our 1st on the List team in early 2016. He first started learning SEO back in 2004 when working for a small web design firm in Montreal. Spending countless hours lurking around the industry’s top SEO forums and blogs, he put the theories to practice and soon was spearheading the SEO efforts of the company. In 2009 he relocated to Vancouver where he continued work as a freelance SEO strategist. Over the years, Jonathan has honed his expertise in the area of link building, where he prides himself in “white-hat” natural link acquisition methods, focusing on merit-based links that stand the test of time. When he’s not helping clients grow their backlink profile, he’s building fantasy hockey teams or enjoying BC’s microbrewery scene.

Belinda Rose-Innes

Belinda Rose-Innes is one of 1st on the List’s newest recruits bringing 20+ years of creating content that intrigues, informs, entertains and inspires. Her writing spans all topics and industries with some of her favorites related to tourism, pop culture, whisky, tech and real estate. From blogs to tweets to full length features to Facebook posts to virtually any other form of content, Belinda does it all willingly and with enthusiasm. Belinda is also well versed in social media, blogging, email newsletters, marketing materials, and graphic design. Born and raised in South Africa, Belinda obtained her Bachelor of Journalism from Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa and has visited over 30 countries in her spare time.

Michael Mitov

Michael Mitov joined our 1st on the List SEO team in 2018. He has 18 years of experience in the Web Development and Search Engine Optimization field. Michael specializes in everything WordPress related, from WordPress Development to WordPress maintenance, security, optimization & promotion, as well local search, lead pages/funnels, website audit, Google analytics, and conversion rate optimization. When he is not building SEO friendly websites he can be found biking or hiking.

Carissa Krause

Carissa joined the 1st on the List SEO team after graduating with her Bachelor of Business Administration (specializing in Marketing) from the University of the Fraser Valley. Willing to take on anything, Carissa has helped fill in all of the missing pieces over the years. From managing her own SEO accounts to keeping the company blog updated, helping brands get social, and communicating with clients on their campaign progress, she has been a real asset. Recently returning from maternity leave, Carissa now focuses on pursuing new marketing opportunities and achieving greater efficiencies within our organization.

Keiran Griffiths

Keiran Griffiths brings a true entrepreneurial spirit to our 1st on the List SEO team with a passion to help small business owners grow their revenue. His background is in restaurant and hospitality management with a knack for creative problem solving and profit growth. In 2014, Keiran started his own short-term rental management company and had the opportunity to live in Whistler, BC, Canada for three years. One of his most recent accomplishments is helping a restaurant grow 110% in revenue within 36 months by leveraging Facebook marketing and personal radio ads. On the leisure side of the spectrum, Keiran plans to travel the world and is slowly checking each country off his list, with most recent trips to Singapore and Cambodia.

Tania Gelineau

Customer Service Coordinator

Since 2017

Tania’s eagerness to learn new things on a continuous basis has provided her with a wide variety of skills from customer service to running a business. She has gone from not even knowing SEO was a thing to managing Local SEO accounts and assisting with creating SEO strategies.  She is the point of contact for clients and our 1st on the List SEO team. Tania manages clients from their 1st initial inquiry and throughout their campaign, compiling technical reports regarding their SEO successes.  While she is not at work improving her mind she is busy being a ‘taxi driver’ to her 3 teens and has found new love with improving herself every day at the gym.

Stacey Corriveau

A resident of Abbotsford, BC, Stacey Corriveau joined our 1st on the List SEO team in 2016. Stacey is a Certified Bookkeeper with a specialization in Small Business Counselling and robust experience in full cycle accounting. She also holds Professional Certificates in Sustainable Community Development and Community Economic Development and has a Master’s Degree in English. When she is not performing bank reconciliations with gusto, she is eating her way across Metro Vancouver, and reading books!
