Lifty Life is a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company in BC and Alberta. The goal of this project was to create a new website with solid SEO and Outreach campaigns in order to establish online branding and attention for Lifty Life’s property management and promotion. Key markets included 12 – 15 resort communities throughout Western Canada like Whistler, Canmore, and Kelowna. The website needed to have maximum performance as the company prides itself on being experts in the digital distribution and management of properties!


Project Background Information

Upon teaming up with 1st on the List Lifty Life relied on traditional marketing methods (like word of mouth and event marketing) to attract property owners and guests. In order to grow they needed a more powerful method to secure management contracts, expand their client base and markets, and  establish themselves as industry leaders in the competitive property management sector. Recognizing the growing significance of digital presence, they sought to enhance their online marketing strategies to reach a broader audience and drive business growth. This realization prompted their decision to invest in SEO and website marketing services to elevate their brand and increase lead generation opportunities.

Approach Taken

The first step of this project was developing an intuitive website navigation and effective content management system. The website needed to showcase both featured property listings as well as the benefits of using Lifty Life’s property management services. Scalable content was developed and keyword topics and themes to be promoted were included throughout the design process to ensure SEO success in the next stages of the project.

Once the website was ready, we applied speed optimization to improve page load times in order to make the website as fast as possible for visitors and Search Engines, as site speed affects rankings and SEO.
