Vacation Rental Co is a leading vacation rental management company in Steamboat Springs offering both short term vacation rental bookings for tourists and comprehensive in-house property management for vacation home owners. With a goal to “take their website to the next level”, our Hospitality Tourism Marketing team consulted and guided them through the website design process while also helping them to re-think their business model. The result was a transformational shift towards using the website to primarily acquire new property owners in need of property management services. The short-term booking engine is still functional (and improved) but less prominent. This focuses the website’s efforts on their most profitable services and the most lucrative path to further business development and growth.
