Wix to WordPress Website Migration for Tour Company

Snowy Owl is a sled dog tour company based out of Canmore, Alberta. They currently have 16 dog teams and 180 sled dogs! Their goal is to share the dog sledding sport with clients from around world. Their signature, self-drive sleds allow participants to truly embrace their inner musher!

When they came to us, Snowy Owl had a WIX website that they spent a lot of time perfecting and were very proud of. The only issue is that the Wix platform is not very search friendly and didn’t support SEO. In order to pursue an SEO campaign, our website designers recreated the existing website in the WordPress platform.

This included converting 250+ pages into the WordPress platform while keeping the existing design components. No small feat, a lot of time and energy was put into perfecting each page.

The end result is a website ready to launch a Local SEO Campaign!
