Urban Body Laser medical spa specializes in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation, serving Vancouver BC and the Lower Mainland area. Prior to working with 1st on the List they were looking for marketing opportunities to help bring in new guests and book more consultations. The goal of this project was to increase traffic and improve conversion rates in order to attract new clients and improve sales.
With a desire to grow their business and increase the number of people using their incredible services, Urban Body knew they needed to switch things up. Their old website messaging and Instagram and Facebook initiatives were no longer working.
Their existing website had some good points on the homepage but did not address most of the services provided by the company. As you got deeper into the website, the layout and presentation did not reflect the professionalism of the company.
We worked closely with the client to redesign the website with a focus on professionalism, branded messaging, and engaging content.
In order to address the lack of content we worked with Urban Body Laser’s content writer to create 35+ articles featuring different areas of their business.
Several videos were also optimized to improve conversion rates.
The ongoing SEO Campaign continues to improve their website, attracting more visitors, and bringing in new customers.
The new website design, combined with SEO optimized content, has resulted in record traffic and sales. Within the first two months of launching their new website Urban Body reports that sales were up and are still climbing.
The client shares that development efforts have driven increased sales and great insights into statistical performance. The new website looks wonderful and converts visitors at a much higher rate than the old website. Sales have since increase month-over-month much more than they had anticipated.
The success of this project is a reflection of the business owner working closely with 1st on the List to create a website and content that resonates with their audience. As we continue to address the real needs and wants of Urban Body Laser we expect to continue to break sales records.
