Social Media Access Information

Let’s get social! In order to start your campaign as planned we will need access to your Profiles. We need this access throughout the duration of your campaign in order to:

  • Create and manage posts, stories and more
  • Engage with your community
  • View in depth analytics and insights

*We may also request this access information outside of a Social Media Campaign in order to help  troubleshoot social profile issues, in which case no content, posting, engaging or data analysis will take place. This type of access is only temporary. 

Note: A strong password should be at least 15 characters, have both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols like !@#$%.

  • 1. Instagram Access

    We need direct access to your Instagram profile to create and manage posts, see in-depth analytics, and engage with the Instagram community. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Social Media manager will arrange a time to conduct the time-sensitive 2-factor authentication for login.
  • 2. Facebook (Meta) Page Access

    Please add your Social Media Manager to your Meta Business page. We will need this access to access insights, content, and messages. We can create, manage or delete posts, stories and more as the Page.
