With over 20 years’ of experience designing and developing websites on the WordPress platform, Robin has brought countless ideas to life across a wide range of industries. From crafting sleek 10-page sites for local businesses to developing robust, multi-functional platforms for major tourism destinations, she’s done it all.

Robin has a natural knack for designing in WordPress and helping clients create SEO friendly and mobile friendly websites that are also attractive. She loves websites that have great design and clean codes. In addition to being an expert in WordPress Design and Development, she also specializes in website performance, troubleshooting server related issues, and WordPress training.

Career Highlight

One of Robin’s most exciting projects was designing a new website for Jonathan Field Horsemanship, one of the world’s premier horsemanship programs. As a lifelong horse enthusiast, this project was a rare opportunity to combine her personal passion with her professional expertise.

When I’m Away From My Desk

When Robin isn’t at her computer she is out exploring the great outdoors, travelling up north for camping, or enjoying an evening around the fire in her backyard. She has grown into a “wannabe hobby farmer” and is enjoying gardening, growing veggies and hatching chickens with the kids.

I was introduced to web design at a very young age—my dad was in the industry, so I grew up watching him build websites and learned so much from him over the years. Seeing how technology and design could come together to create something both functional and beautiful really fascinated me. That early exposure sparked my passion for web design, and over time, I developed my own skills, refining my ability to blend creativity with problem-solving. Now, every website feels like a puzzle—figuring out how to make it visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing. I also love working with clients to bring their vision to life and create a site that truly reflects their brand and services.

I love the collaboration. Every client has a unique story, and I enjoy listening to their needs and turning their ideas into a well-thought-out website that reflects their brand. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how a strong, well-designed site can help their business grow. Plus, working with such a talented and supportive team makes every project even better!

It all starts with listening. I take the time to understand their business, their audience, and what they want their website to communicate. From there, I focus on clean, user-friendly designs that not only look great but also make it easy for visitors to find information and take action. Whether it’s through layout, color schemes, or functionality, my goal is to showcase what makes each client unique.

I’m a true outdoor and animal enthusiast—I love hunting, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I also have a hobby farm, so when I’m not designing websites, I’m taking care of animals and enjoying everything BC’s great outdoors has to offer.

I’m a big believer in planning ahead. Before diving into a project, I make sure to fully understand the client’s needs and map out a solid game plan. I also time-block my work to stay focused and efficient—breaking down tasks into clear steps helps me keep projects on track without feeling overwhelmed.
