Jonathan Field approached 1st on the List with an outdated website and unclear visitor paths. He was concerned competitors had better branding and quickly moving up the ranks in popularity. His existing e-commerce store produced strong numbers but the poor presentation and layout made it hard for visitors to see the full scope of what was offered on the website. This was likely affecting website conversions and overall sales.

A big emphasis was placed on improving e-commerce functionality with better oganization and product bundling. Our team also worked to improve website flow and implemetened user experience best practices.
Tracking, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar visitor recordings, was installed in order to determine how the website performs and resonates with visitors in the future.
After just a couple weeks of being live the client is extremely happy with the finished product and is looking forward to pursuing further opportunities with 1st on the List.
