Riviera Nayarit (CVB)

Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) asked our experts to create an information-based tourism website design. They are a private, non-profit association representing over 75 hotel members and participating members of the community, including businesses and local and state government. Riviera Nayarit’s main objective is to promote and market Riviera Nayarit as a Pacific Treasure, a premier Mexican vacation destination and convention destination.

Project Priorities

A variety of devices display a travel website for Riviera Nayarit, showcasing activities and destinations. The screens feature images of beaches, surfing, and vacation highlights. Devices include a smartphone, tablet, desktop monitor, and laptop.

The site needed to inspire wanderlust by emphasizing the region’s stunning landscapes, luxury experiences, and diverse vacation offerings to position Riviera Nayarit as a must-visit location.

Addressing seasonal travel patterns, the Riviera Nayarit tourism website design needed to highlight attractions and events throughout the year, helping to eliminate the “off-season” and maintain consistent occupancy levels.

Embedding robust SEO strategies into the website design was essential to improving global visibility, driving online traffic, and attracting visitors from key markets like Canada and the United States.

Increasing hotel bookings for member properties was a primary goal, requiring a user-friendly website that seamlessly guided visitors from inspiration to reservation.

Ensuring a smooth transition from the old website to the new one was critical to maintaining existing search engine rankings, preserving Google credit, and avoiding disruptions to traffic and listings.
