Founded as a startup with a mission to disrupt the hospitality industry, Revy specializes in dynamic pricing software for vacation rentals (ex. AirBNBs, Rental Managers, and hotels) by combining cutting-edge technology with expert management.

They empower property owners and managers to maximize revenue through optimized pricing strategies while prioritizing exceptional guest experiences. Their motto, “It’s simple: We’re weirdly passionate about hospitality, revenue growth, and working with like-minded individuals who want the best,” encapsulates their unique approach.

getting it right

Project Requirements

From the start of this project, Revy prioritized the development of a polished online presence that aligns with their commitment to transparency, simplicity, and reliability. Their website and messaging had to underscore their dedication to setting a new standard of excellence in the industry. Where competitor websites lacked clear messaging, trust and professionalism Revy wanted a superior platform to accurately represent their client-centric approach.

The client described their ideal image as being “techie but still having a human element”. Creating this desired down to earth image and personal image had a number of hurdles common to the SaaS world.

Since Revy is brand new to Google and search engines, we needed to get the keyword research, messaging, and website structure correct in order to be recognized and shown to potential searching customers.

As a startup, Revy did not have a long list of case studies and testimonials at their fingertips to use on the website and had to rely on establishing trust through other forms such as storytelling, industry logos, calculator tools, and more.

Branding, awareness and trust needed to be encapsulated by an easy to navigate and simple website design – essentialy user experience was very important to the clients. The owners wanted navigating their website to be a reflection of how easy of a process it would be to work with Revy.

In crafting Revy’s website, our approach extended beyond looks and function to also include a robust SEO strategy. We strategically selected keywords and topics that resonate with their target audience and accurately reflect their expertise in hospitality software and revenue management. By optimizing the site’s navigation structure and content, we ensured that every page clearly communicates with search engines like Google, helping Revy gain immediate visibility and climb the rankings. This proactive SEO foundation not only enhances discoverability but also establishes Revy as a trusted authority in their field, attracting organic traffic and fostering sustainable growth from the outset.

Brand Identity via Pictures

Our graphic designers focused on creating custom images throughout the website to enhance both SEO and trust. By developing unique visuals (not generic stock), we ensured every image reflects Revy’s brand identity and expertise in hospitality software. This strategic approach not only boosts search engine visibility but also strengthens credibility, making Revy’s website more engaging and trustworthy for visitors.
