Project Requirements

When Premium Electric came back for a full website overhaul, the goal was simple: Get more calls and make it ridiculously easy for customers to request service. They didn’t need fluff—they needed a website that loaded fast, worked great on mobile, and clearly showed off their services in a way that converted visitors into booked jobs.

We took a deep dive into their user behaviour, traffic patterns, and site performance metrics, then got to work. The new design stripped away the clutter and focused on what mattered most to their customers.

We restructured the content using accordion-style toggles so visitors can find exactly what they need—without getting buried in walls of text. This keeps the experience smooth, especially on mobile.

We tightened the copy, repositioned the calls-to-action, and made them impossible to miss—so visitors aren’t just browsing, they’re booking.

The site now brings in between 8,000–9,000 visitors a month—a massive jump from the 2,000–3,000 range just a few years ago. Faster load times, better layout, and conversion-focused CTAs made all the difference. The accordion layout helped keep long-form service content intact without overwhelming mobile users. Local SEO updates, citation building, and integrating Google Guarantee boosted visibility and trust. It’s lean, clean, and built to win the local electrician market.
