Lifty Life

Lifty Life is a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company serving key markets across British Columbia and Alberta. With a growing reputation for digital marketing expertise and a strong guest experience focus, Lifty Life is now expanding as a two-sided marketplace that caters to both homeowners and travelers. The goal of this latest project was to build on the success of their original website by refining their brand, improving guest-facing content, and supporting SEO efforts in their highest-priority markets. These markets include resort communities like Whistler, Canmore, and Kelowna, where the company is focused on densifying its inventory. The website needed to deliver exceptional performance and clearly reflect their strengths in digital distribution, marketing, and the hands-on management of short-term rentals.

Project Requirements

After launching Lifty Life’s original website several years ago, which helped transition their marketing from traditional methods to a strong digital presence, we were excited to continue building on that success. The original site established Lifty Life as a credible and growing property management brand, brought in new management leads, and helped them gain traction in multiple tourist markets through SEO and content strategies.

This next phase of the project aimed to support Lifty Life’s evolving business goals. They were shifting from a homeowner-focused website to one that served both sides of their marketplace. The new site needed to attract more guests while still appealing to property owners looking for a high-performing management partner.

We set out to elevate the brand’s visual identity and messaging to clearly show homeowners that Lifty Life could market their property better than a typical management company. At the same time, the brand had to resonate with their guest demographic of outdoorsy travelers seeking authentic experiences.

Another key objective was to support the company’s move from broad market expansion to strategic densification. With about eight core markets identified, the website needed to help them grow inventory and bookings in those specific areas.

The new website was planned to improve navigation, better support content growth, and guide both guest and owner audiences through a clear journey. As with the first site, scalability, SEO readiness, and fast load times were all central to the plan, ensuring continued success as the business grows.

User friendly, lightning fast website with intuitive user flow.

We redesigned the website to reflect Lifty Life’s evolution into a two-sided marketplace that speaks to both guests and property owners. The new layout features a more strategic user flow, making it easier for visitors to understand the value Lifty Life provides and take action. We emphasized clear calls-to-action for both audiences, enhanced visual storytelling through imagery that resonates with outdoor-minded travelers, and created flexible page templates that can scale across their core key markets. The design balances warmth, professionalism, and performance which are all essential for standing out in a competitive vacation rental space.

Sharpening SEO for key markets.

With Lifty Life narrowing its focus to its core markets, we refined their SEO strategy to align with this shift. We restructured location-specific pages, optimized metadata, and ensured that key search terms were integrated throughout the site in a natural and meaningful way. This targeted approach helps Lifty Life gain visibility where it matters most and supports their goal of densifying inventory in priority regions. By combining on-page optimization with clear geographic signals, we set the foundation for stronger rankings and more qualified organic traffic.

Bring the brand to life for Guests and Owners.

A major goal of this project was to elevate Lifty Life’s brand presence and differentiate them from generic property management companies. We infused their brand personality throughout the site, from tone of voice to visuals, positioning them as a modern, savvy, and guest-focused company. The messaging clearly communicates that Lifty Life doesn’t just manage properties but actively markets them with intention and creativity. By aligning the brand with the interests of both homeowners and adventure-seeking guests, we created a cohesive identity that builds trust and stands out in their target markets.

For homeowners, we crafted pages that clearly outline the benefits of working with Lifty Life, highlight market expertise, and answer common questions — all designed to build trust and drive new inquiries. For guests, we refined and expanded destination-specific content to support bookings and improve organic search visibility. Each page was written with SEO best practices in mind, helping Lifty Life gain traction in their core markets and speak directly to their most valuable audiences.
