Project Requirements
After more than eight years of working with Evergreen Building Maintenance to grow their visibility throughout the Okanagan and British Columbia, our team at 1st on the List was given an exciting new challenge: to design and launch a new WordPress website that would reflect Evergreen’s transition from a regional service provider to a recognized national brand.
This next phase of their growth required much more than a visual refresh. It called for a complete website redesign, refined messaging, and a scalable SEO strategy—all planned to support their expansion into new provinces and major urban markets across Canada and the United States.

The new Evergreen website launched just a few weeks ago and is already laying the foundation for long-term success as the company continues to scale. Over 250 pages were carefully migrated into the new design to preserve existing SEO value, and the site was restructured to support multi-city, multi-province visibility as Evergreen expands nationally.
The design process prioritized Conversion Rate Optimization and SEO best practices from the ground up. Clear service pathways, improved mobile usability, and strategically placed calls-to-action were all implemented to help turn new visitors into qualified leads.
