All About Tania

Tania joined the 1st on the List team with a solid background in customer service and running her own business, along with an eagerness to learn new skills related to SEO and Digital Marketing. The fact that she has been a business owner in the past and has learned SEO from the ground up makes her extremely relatable and helpful to our clients. Her rapport is second to none. Tania has an extensive history in sales and working with businesses of all sizes to identify their biggest needs and finding the right solutions to achieve their goals.

During her time at 1st on the List Tania has managed incoming inquiries, compiled technical reports, created Local SEO strategies, managed Local SEO campaigns, and acted as the primary point of contact for clients from their initial inquiry through every stage of the process.

What I Love About My Job

The world of Digital Marketing is always changing and I enjoy learning new things every day. There is always something to learn and the job never gets old or boring. Coordinating projects comes naturally to me and I take great pride in carefully guiding our clients through the onboarding process and interacting with them throughout their campaigns. The team at 1st on the List is great to work alongside and this job has provided a lot of flexibility in terms of work/life balance.

When I’m Away From My Desk

When Tania’s away from her desk, you’ll likely find her walking along the beach with her dog, who’s definitely still the baby of the family even though her kids have grown and moved out. She has a passion for learning, especially when it comes to health, fitness, and how food impacts overall well-being. Whether she’s diving into a book, tuning into a podcast on business or personal growth, or exploring ways to thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and beyond, Tania’s all about continuous improvement. Living by the beach gives her the perfect backdrop for reflection and recharging.

For me, it’s AI. I used to worry about what it might mean for the industry, but I’ve come to realize it doesn’t replace human intelligence—it enhances it. AI allows us to amplify what we can do as marketers and deliver even better results. I’m diving in to learn as much as I can about how we can work with it rather than against it. It’s an exciting time!
