10DLC Regulations and Guidelines
Protecting Your Privacy. Promoting Trusted Communication.
This page outlines our 10DLC compliance practices to ensure all text messages you receive are secure, transparent, and consent-based. By following 10DLC regulations, we help eliminate spam, protect your privacy, and improve message deliverability—so you only get messages you’ve asked for, from verified sources.
What We’re Doing to Stay Compliant:
1. WHEN YOU COMPLETE A FORM ON OUR WEBISTE: By completing this form on our website, you agree to receive text messages to the phone number provided, including automated reminders, marketing messages and general inquiries. Do not worry, we will only send useful and relevant messages and promise to never spam you. This is in compliance with 10DLC regulations and guidelines.
2. CANCELLATION: You can cancel the SMS Service at any time. Just text”STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMSM messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. PROBLEMS: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
4. UNDELIVERED MESSAGES: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. MESSING RATES: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. PRIVACY: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
